Vikings release Bolston
The Vikings released DT Conrad Bolston, presumably to make room for DT Fred Evans, who finished a two-game suspension for violating the league's personal conduct policy on Monday.
Bolston had spent most of the season on the Vikings' practice squad, but he may not clear waivers, given his solid performance Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.

I think the Vikings should grab Simeon Rice
Overheard Bill Polian on the radio here in Indy answer why they let Rice go. He said unfortunately Rice can't get it done anymore, his exact words. So he must be done cuz Indy needed him to help out.
I was told that Simeon needs some time to heal and get his body right. Plans to make a run next year.
