Was Brad childress even considered for Coach of the Year?
This is why some sportswriters get under my skin. Peter King is a good writer and knows the NFL, but he put Hutch in there based on reputation, not 2006 performance. And he left out Antoine Winfield, who probably deserves to be there based on 2006 performance. There are a lot of other "reputation" guys on King's list, but I'd rather see it go to guys who actually put it on tape this year.
I'm not sure about Kevin Williams (he's in the top 5 DTs, not sure he's in the top 2).
