Peterson looking forward to Taylor's return
Chester Taylor has missed the last two games because of a bruised oblique muscle, but his running mate seems confident that the Vikings will have their full stable of running backs for Sunday's game against Green Bay.
"Having Chester back is going to definitely help our offense," rookie Adrian Peterson said. "Like they say, two horses are better than one. I look at it like that. I look forward to having him back this weekend."
Taylor practiced on a limited basis Wednesday and his status for Sunday is uncertain, but he could take some of the offensive load off Peterson, who leads the team in rushing with 271 yards and ranks second in receptions with eight for 160 yards.

"You've got two guys out there than can make some plays when they got the ball in their hands," said Peterson, who has scored two of the Vikings' three offensive touchdowns. "It kind of scares the defense, so I'm looking forward to that."
Practice update: Taylor was on the field for the start of practice and so was everyone else, including quarterback Tarvaris Jackson (groin) and wide receiver Troy Williamson (hamstring).
