Pat fan
There apparently has been little progress so far on a contract extension for defensive tackle Pat Williams, but he got another ringing endorsement today from coach Brad Childress.
"Pat knows how I feel about him," Childress said. "He's a meat-and-potatoes guy. He's a no-nonsense guy. He always shows up and puts his money where his mouth is. As coaches, you always appreciate that."
Williams, who is heading into the final season of a three-year contract, returned to practice after sitting out Wednesday to rest his knees.

If Pat's contract talk is going anywhere how bout the Vikes sign some Vet WR such as Eric Moulds or Keenan McCardell each for a 1 year contract.
