Kleinsasser missing from group
Of the tight ends on the roster, Jim Kleinsasser was the only one missing from the 10 a.m. group at the offseason training program. It's conceivable that he worked out with the 8 a.m. or noon groups. But it seemed odd that the other three tight ends on the roster were present, and he wasn't.
Meanwhile, Visanthe Shiancoe said he and Kleinsasser have gotten along well, and he looks forward to playing with him.

I'd be ticked if the Vikings let a good North Dakota boy go. I remember several years back when Green was still coach, Jimmy fumbled a couple times, and since then, he's been largely a blocking TE and H-back. I wonder how much better he'd be for the team if he got actively involved in the passing game again.
