Scott update
Ian Scott's next team could be his old team.
The Chicago Tribune reported today that the Bears have quietly expressed interest in re-signing the free-agent defensive tackle, with Tank Johnson facing a 120-day jail sentence and Tommie Harris returning from a season-ending hamstring injury.
Scott, 25, visited Winter Park last Friday but left without a contract. He also has visited Denver.

Scott was back visiting the Vikes Monday. It would be wise to sign him. Big Pat is the best nose tackle in football, but those knees are bulky and at 360 lbs, or whatever he is, it is hard telling when he could go down for an extended period of time. Scott is no Pat, but he is big and takes up space.
