Mann to the Browns

WR Maurice Mann, who played in one game for the Vikings last season, was signed by the Cleveland Browns. Mann (6 foot 1, 190 pounds) was originally a fifth round draft pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2004.

Mann spent 11 weeks on the Vikings practice squad last season.
