Curtis update
I was told earlier today that WR Kevin Curtis was about to board a flight out of Detroit. But now, the Detroit Free Press, which wrote something similar to my last post, is now saying that Curtis is back at the Lions' facility.
Still, I stand by my assertion that the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles are also interested in Curtis.
That there is so much interest for a third receiver is telling of how thin the market is at the position.

Thanks Sean for the update! This is such a weak free agent pool. I would love to see the Vikes take the cash and move up to #1 and take Calvin Johnson - that would be a major splash. However, the better move would be to move down in the draft and get some extra picks as there are many holes yet to fill and seems to be a very good receiver draft.
It is a weak pool.
Personally, I think that the Vikings are showing this much interest in Quinn to convince Miami to trade up to us so the Phins can draft him.
By moving down a few slots, we'd then be in great shape to take Dwayne Jarrett or LaRon Landry.
Frankly, I don't know why they haven't invited Joe Horn into WP. He'd be a great fit here.
